Refund Policy
All projects require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers planning, time allocation, and production preparation. Production will only begin once the deposit and project brief are confirmed. Final content will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
Projects may be cancelled by the client at any stage; however, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. If a project is cancelled after production has commenced, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the remaining balance may apply, depending on the stage of completion. Once production has started or content has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, including for changes of mind, delays from the client side, or dissatisfaction outside the agreed brief. Revisions are included within the project scope to ensure alignment before final delivery.
In the unlikely event that the creator is unable to complete the project due to serious unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency), the project will be cancelled and a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued. This policy is designed to protect production time, ensure fairness, and maintain a clear and professional working relationship between both parties
