Usage Rights Guide
Usage rights define how, where, and how long your content can be used after delivery. All content created is initially licensed for organic use only for 30 days, meaning it can be posted on your brand’s social media or website without paid promotion. If you wish to use the content beyond this scope — including paid advertising, extended duration, or broader distribution — additional licensing is required to reflect the extended value of the content.
Paid advertising usage (such as Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ads), extended usage periods, and whitelisting (running ads through the creator’s identity) are not included by default and must be agreed upon in advance. These options are priced separately as they directly impact performance, reach, and brand revenue. Raw footage is also not included but can be purchased for internal editing or additional content creation if needed.
Content may not be resold, reused for new campaigns, or significantly altered beyond agreed edits without permission. If usage goes beyond the initial 30-day organic period, a usage license must be arranged. This structure ensures clarity, protects both parties, and allows the content to be used effectively while respecting creative ownership and commercial value.
