Benzac AC 5.0% Moderate Acne Gel

As the second step in your three-step acne treatment routine, only use Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Gel on affected areas.

Week 1: Start Slowly
Wash and dry your hands before applying the gel.
Cleanse your skin with a gentle cleanser and pat your skin dry.
Apply a thin layer of Benzac AC Gel once daily to the affected areas. Leave on for 2 hours, then rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry.
Moisturise with a light, non-comedogenic moisturiser.

After 3 Days (If Tolerated Well)
Wash and dry your hands before applying the gel.
Cleanse, then apply the gel in the evening.
Let the gel dry and apply a light moisturiser. Leave it on overnight.

After 7 Days
If there's no redness or peeling, and your acne hasn't improved, you can use the gel twice daily, in the morning and night. Following cleansing and before moisturising.

If you're not seeing results, consider switching to Benzac AC High Strength 10% Acne Gel or Benzac AC Mild Strength 2.5% Acne Gel. If there's no improvement after one month, consult your healthcare professional.
