Wait… what is Project Meridian actually doing?

Project Meridian takes 3 forms

🧠 Expert conversations •  🎙 VDO podcast  • 📚  Future book exploring wellbeing.

Idea Behind

🧠 An interview series

Sharing insights and discussions with specialists across nutrition, psychology, and dermatology.

Why might Australians need this ?
Most beauty content focuses on product reviews by influencers. Meridian aims to create knowledge-based conversations with experts, which are less common because they require deeper research and collaboration.

🎙A VDO Podcast

Conversations with experts in nutrition, psychology, and dermatology.

Why might Australians need this ?
There is so much health and beauty information online, and much of it is hard to trust or not based on science. This notebook shares simple, research-inspired life insights.

📚 A future book

A crowdfunded book bringing together insights from these expert conversations.

Why create a book from this project?
The goal is to support expert voices and share knowledge in a format that lasts longer than a single post or video. It is also a way to encourage real research, meaningful collaboration, and deeper conversations about wellbeing.

Where the Name Meridian Comes From?

The word meridian often describes lines that connect and organise the world.

In geography 🧭, meridians help map the globe and show how different places are connected.
In traditional health philosophies 🌿, meridians represent pathways within the body that support balance and flow. The name reflects the philosophy behind this project.

Project Meridian is about connection and flow.

🔬 Connections between scientific disciplines
📚 Connections between research and everyday life
🧠 Connections between skin, mind, and body

Much like water moving through a system 🌊, knowledge flows between different fields.

And sometimes the most interesting discoveries happen where those currents meet.

Why should Australians care?

There is endless skincare information online, but much of it is confusing or not based on science. For people genuinely struggling with their skin, that can be frustrating.

People aren’t just looking for beautiful content — they are hungry for honest understanding and real solutions. Project Meridian connects research and expert insight to help people better understand their skin and wellbeing.
