What lies behind Project Meridian?

I rarely see experts or influencers talking seriously about the real struggles people when trying to improve their skin. Many contents about skin are simplified in ways that don’t reflect the full reality of people’s struggles.

What if skin isn’t just about skincare at all?

Through my own experience, I realised something important:

skin does not exist in isolation.

My emotions — especially around my menstrual cycle — affect my behaviour.
My sleep, my stress levels, my eating habits, even my self-talk.

And every month, my skin responds to those changes.

🌙 Hormones shift
😴 Sleep changes
😰 Stress builds
🍽 Habits fluctuate

…and my skin reflects it.

Over time, I understood something many people discover the hard way:

You cannot fix skin with products alone.

Healthy skin also requires understanding:

Stress 🧠
Hormones 🌙
Mental wellbeing 💭
Daily habits 🌿

Yet this is the conversation I rarely see online.

And that is exactly why I wanted to build something different.

Don’t follow products — follow ingredients

One reason is how skincare is often discussed online. People are encouraged to chase products — the newest launch, the trending brand, the viral routine. But skincare should not be about chasing products.

A big brand name doesn’t mean a product is right for your skin. A viral trend doesn’t mean it’s effective. What matters more is understanding what’s inside the formula:

🧪 the ingredients
⚖️ the formulation
🌿 how your skin responds

Because good skincare is not about buying more products.
It’s about understanding what your skin actually needs.

My approach

I don’t want to simply recommend products.

I want to help people understand:

 Skin
Habits
Emotional patterns
Lifestyle

Because sometimes skin is not asking for another product.

Sometimes it is asking for balance, rest, and understanding.
